Our Member Services Department is seeking a full time experienced customer service professional to join our call centre team based in Robina. The successful candidate will be a team player, passionate about customer service and keen to work in a travel-related environment.
This role will be responsible for handling all inbound calls and emails from our existing members to assist them in answering any queries or concerns.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone based role
- A customer focused attitude
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft office applications
- Complaints handling experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to deadlines
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
- Be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Member enquiries and concerns via telephone, email, letter or face to face in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Internal membership audits utilising internal industry specific program (training will be provided)
- General administration duties
- Accurate spreadsheet data entry, analysis & formulations
- Website administration
- Assist with the administration and planning of Member events and activities
- Working with the team to ensure that service and information provided to Club Members is delivered in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
This position will work on a rotating roster basis. The hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 6:30pm including regular Saturdays 8.30am - 5.00pm. Ongoing commitment to working weekends is essential.
